The property is located in a low-rise building built in 2000, on the second floor (of three). The apartment is move-in ready, fully furnished and equipped, with municipal heating. Numerous public parking spaces are available in the lot in front of the building, ensuring no parking issues. For those more discerning, there is a secure parking lot a few hundred meters from the building.

A key advantage of this location is its proximity to the green lungs of the Right Bank region – the Beech Forest – where you can go for daily walks, play sports, enjoy bike paths, and enjoy beautiful views. In the immediate vicinity, you'll find public transportation stops, shops (Intermarche, Netto, Biedronka, Społem, Żabki), a medical clinic, post office, primary schools, churches, restaurants, pizzerias, and much more. The hallway also features a built-in wardrobe, a large shoe cabinet, and hangers. The property features security doors and PVC windows with pleated blinds.

The administrative rent for a 2+1 family was PLN 960 (which includes utility fees, advance payments for hot and cold water, heating, garbage disposal, etc.) plus electricity charges, depending on usage. It's worth noting that with fewer people, the administrative rent will decrease over time.
