Fees*:

• rent - 850 PLN,

• administrative rent - 127 PLN,

• electricity and gas - according to consumption.
  *Fees include on-time payment.

Refundable deposit - 1200 PLN.

Tenant criteria:

• up to 28 years of age

• no children, no pets

• studying or working individuals

• in the case of foreigners: possession of a residence card and fluent Polish

The heating in the apartment is gas.

The contract is signed for a period until the end of August.
