In the short distance there is a tram stop at Grunwaldzki Square (about 300 meters), from which depart numbers 1, 2, 5, 8, 10, 11, 12 and a bus stop, from which depart numbers 70, 87 and night buses 523, 524, 531. In the vicinity of the building we will find Żabka, CH Galaxy and several interesting restaurants. The nearest universities are the faculty of the Academy of Art at al. Niepodległości, while public transport can easily reach other universities from the Center.

The room is about 10 m2. The room is single and lockable . There are curtains on the windows and it is equipped with: a bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk with a chair, a shelf.

The tenant will have access to the kitchen, hallway, bathroom and toilet. The kitchen has a fridge, electric stove, microwave, hood and shelves for storage. The bathroom has a bathtub.
