Near the building you will find the Manhattan market, Żabka, a swimming pool and several interesting restaurants. The nearest universities are the faculty of the University of Szczecin at ul. Wąska, and you can easily get from the Center to other universities by public transport.

The room area is approximately 16 m2 plus a balcony . The room is double and lockable . There are curtains hanging in the windows, and it is equipped with: two beds, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a desk with a chair.

The tenant will have access to the kitchen, corridor, bathroom and toilet. The kitchen has a fridge, electric stove, hood, TV and storage shelves. There is a shower in the bathroom.
