In the vicinity of the building we will find CH Galaxy, Społem, KFC and several interesting restaurants. The nearest universities are the faculty of the Maritime Academy at Wały Chrobrego and the Academy of Art al. Niepodległości, while public transport can easily reach other parts of Szczecin and other universities.

The room is approximately 12 m2. The room is single and lockable . It is equipped with: a sofa, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a table with a stool.

The tenant will have access to the kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The kitchen has a fridge, stove with oven, hood, washing machine and shelves for storage. The bathroom has a bathtub.
