In the short distance there is a Krasińskiego tram stop (about 250 meters), from which departs the number 3 and the Krasińskiego bus stop (about 250 meters), from which departs the number 67 and night buses 525, 530 and 532. In the vicinity of the building we will find Żabka, Społem and several interesting restaurants. The nearest universities are the faculty of the University of Szczecin at ul. Wąska, while public transport can easily reach the Center to other universities.

The room is about 12 m2. The room is single and lockable . There are curtains on the windows and it is equipped with: a bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk with a chair, a shelf.

The tenant will have access to the kitchen, hallway, bathroom and toilet. In the kitchen we will find two refrigerators, a stove with oven, a washing machine, TV and shelves for storage. The bathroom has a shower.
