In the vicinity of the building, you will find the Galaxy Shopping Center, KFC, the Philharmonic, and several interesting restaurants. The nearest universities are the faculty of the Academy of Art on Niepodległości Avenue and the faculty of the Maritime University at Wały Chrobrego, while other universities can be easily reached from the Center by public transport.

The room area is about 10 m2 plus a balcony. The room is single and locked with a key. There are curtains hanging in the windows, and it is equipped with: a bed, a wardrobe with a mirror, a chest of drawers, a desk with a chair, and a shelf.
