In the vicinity of the building, you will find a Żabka store, Galaxy Shopping Center, and several interesting restaurants. The nearest universities include the Academy of Art faculty on Niepodległości Avenue, while other universities can be easily reached from the Center via public transport.

The room area is about 10 m2. The room is for single occupancy and is locked with a key. There are curtains hanging in the windows, and it is equipped with: a bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk with a chair, and a shelf.
