In the vicinity of the building we will find the Manhattan market, Żabka, a swimming pool and several interesting restaurants. The nearest universities are the faculty of the University of Szczecin on Wąska Street, while public transport can easily reach other universities from the Center.

The room is about 8 m2. The room is single and lockable . There are curtains in the windows and it is equipped with: a sofa bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk with a chair.
