In the short distance there is a tram stop Odzieżowa (about 400 meters), from which depart numbers 2 and 8, and a bus stop Odzieżowa (about 500 meters), from which depart numbers 806, 812 and night 522, 523, 525, 530 and 532. In the vicinity of the building we will find CH Fala, Żabka and several interesting restaurants. The nearest universities are the faculty of the University of Szczecin on ul. Wąska, while public transport can easily reach other universities from the Center.

The room area is approximately 18 m2 plus a shared balcony . The room is double and lockable . There are curtains on the windows and it is equipped with: a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a table with a stool.

The tenant will have access to the kitchen, hallway, bathroom and toilet. The kitchen has a fridge, stove with oven, hood and shelves for storage. The bathroom has a bathtub.
